Installation instructions

1.      Remove Carburetor.   2.  Remove accelerator bladder cap and pull linkage rod.

3.   Remove plastic cover  4.  Remove existing linkage and

      over throttle assembly.    replace with R4 Linkage

Tuning instructions

Fine tuning to insure maximum performance can be done by adjusting the screw to verify proper gas squirt.

Increase idle ¼ turn.

Open fuel screw ¼ turn.





Carb ready to be worked on.                      Remove accelerator bladder cap.               Pull accelerator pump rod.                        Remove existing linkage piece.



Replace accelerator pump rod.                   Install Rapid Response linkage piece and re-assemble.
